Reflecting on Change, Celebrating Growth, and Embracing Your Authentic Self
Highlights
If you are ready to embark on your journey of profound inner transformation and create the life that has been calling you, book a 121 session by clicking on the link below.
You’re journey begins here.
When yet another day passes and we move with the motions of life, it can be all too easy to be swept in the passing breeze and fail to recall the places we have travelled from. When life is moving fast and we are moving slow, or when our inner world is in cosmic motion and the seasons are barely set to change, there are moments where we must ask ourselves to sit and be. In these moments of being we can recognise the places we have travelled. Those places that are now only fond memories or times which may haunt us with their presence. Regardless, without the moments of remembrance, we may not witness the path that has brought us here.
Any journey of transformation calls us to make change. Change which can bring us to our knees praying for a new opening. Change, that leaves us rejoicing with what has replaced what we have finally let go of. Change, that as we stop to witness we see our profound growth and the impact this has in every area of our life.
If we are not paying attention to the changes that we make they can be understood as just another action we have taken or something that needed to be done, or something that may not have required much effort but the change that was made nonetheless.
Over time the compounding of these changes can build us into new versions of ourselves. All that was no longer is. All that is now brings light and life into areas of our lives that had remained sheltered, in the dark, wishing to rise with the morning sun.
Over the years as I have continued to walk my path of transformation, I have moved with the motion of the universe, alchemising, shifting, changing, releasing, rebuilding. Throughout this journey I have kept records of the changes that I have made which has supported the fruition of further changes.
I actively encourage you to do the same.
It can be all too easy to overlook changes when they are happening within us. You may feel as though you have only walked over hills when in truth you have been moving mountains. Regularly reflecting on your path can support the solidifying of the changes that you are making and the realisations of the impact they are having on your life.
Here are some useful reflective practices
Ask family and friends for their thoughts and reflections
Keep a video diary
Keep a written diary
Track astrological transits and reflect on your thoughts and feelings
Look back at photos
Reflect on the progress you have made towards your goals
Think back to a time where something used to be scary and now comes naturally to you
When you are reflecting, you may want to ask yourself:
In what ways do I embrace more joy in my life?
How has my body language changed?
How has my communication style changed?
How do I express my personal style in a new way?
What changes have been made to my day to day routine and how has this supported my overall wellbeing?
What have I done to work towards and achieve my goals and what impact has this had on my life?
In what ways do I embrace my authentic self in ways I didn’t do so before?
Today, I encourage you to take a moment and reflect on where you have journeyed from and all the incredible progress you have made in your life. And even if you do not see all the changes at once, know that every small step you take in the direction you wish to travel all serve their purpose.
Q. What are you proud of yourself for today?
With Love, Natalie
